How does a water flosser work?
It sends a targeted jet of water between your teeth and along the gumline to help rinse away food particles and plaque that brushing can miss.
How long does the battery last?
The USB-rechargeable 1200mAh battery lasts up to 4 hours of use per charge, so most people go a couple of weeks between charges.
Can I use it in the shower?
Yes. It's IPX7-rated, which means the body is fully waterproof and safe to use in the shower.
What's included?
Each kit comes with the cordless water flosser, 4 replaceable jet tips, a USB charging cable and a user guide.
How do I choose a mode?
There are 3 modes: Soft, Strong and Pulse. Start with Soft if you're new to water flossing and adjust to what feels comfortable.
How do I clean and store it?
Empty and rinse the tank after each use and let it air-dry. Store it somewhere dry at room temperature.
How much water does the tank hold?
The tank holds 220ml, which is enough for a full cleaning session without needing to refill.
How many jet tips do I get?
Four replaceable jet tips are included, so the base unit can be shared within a household.
